By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
2. Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AOTG Solutions's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to AOTG Solutions's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.
9. Website Development
AOTG Solutions provides website solutions to clients based on written agreements. Upun accepting the agreement the client accepts these terms as their terms of service. All changes are to be made in writing and approved by all parties. AOTG Solutions reserves the right to sub-contract work if needed to complete the job according to schedule. Website development costs that are fixed and not "by the hour" are based on an average time taken to create a website based on the clients needs. If this time is exceeded additional hours will cost no less than $50 per hour and the client will be required to approve said additional hours in writing. AOTG Solutions will provide a site that runs with the current popular versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer, we cannot assure useability with less common browsers. All clients are required to pay no less than 50% of the estimated cost to construct a website before work can begin, all remaining balances must be paid within 14 days of completion. All unpaid balances are subject to penalties an interest in accordance with local laws. Deliquent accounts are subject to site suspension and/or removal.
10. Repair and Instalation Services - Other Services
AOTG Solutions charges no less than $50 per hour for our services, if a set amount is agreed upon and the estimated time frame to complete the job is exceeded the hourly rate will occur. If the client does not wish to pay the hourly rate they can negotiate a new set cost otherwise all work will be stopped and the client will not have use of the services provided by AOTG Solutions. AOTG Solutions or anyone representing AOTG Solutions is not responsible for damage to the client or their property. Due to the large combinations of work that can be arranged additional terms may be agreed upon at the time of signing the intial agreement.
